and sound proofing are maintained as all unit entryway doors stand 7 feet
tall, constructed of 1-3/4” thick solid-core wood with a dark walnut

Sound insulation is provided by the highly condensed 2” thickness of blown-in cellulose insulation in exterior walls. 4 ½” thickness blown-in cellulose insulation in demising walls 3 ½” thickness blown-in cellulose or batt insulation in all interior walls; this and the building’s concrete construction ensure residents a good night sleep.
