Vetro: New Construction Condos near Printer's Row

Building Structure

Thirty-one stories high, with 233 rooms, in Fall of 2007 Vetro will make its new Chicago condos available to the public. An Evanston, IL based Architecture and Development firm, Roszak/ADC, is to thank for this new addition to Chicago's ever expanding real estate market. The exterior of the building displays deep blue reflective glass. Of the 233 condo units, 10 will be penthouse units. Two retail units located on the lower floors hope to become a deluxe eatery/coffee house and an entertainment room/business room for condo owners use.

Positioned in the South Loop, Vetro will take up the address of 601 S. Wells, not too far from Printer's Row. This is a community saturated with diversity and culture. Accessibility to public transportation, upscale retail locations, and downtown Chicago activities is just minutes away. Dearborn Station, one of the city's major transportation hubs, is about 5 mins. West. Known for its artistic and aesthetic appeal, this area is a relatively new Chicago neighborhood, but is increasing in popularity. Unlike many of its competitors, Vetro is a completely new condo construction, as most located in this area have been converted from the many publishing buildings and printer's that mark "Printer's Row". This is a tight-knit community where friendship abounds.

This means no more compromising your interior design and layout.
