The basic layouts at 770 Lofts are listed below.

Prices Lowered At Walton on the Park

November 8, 2010 - If you’ve been thinking about buying a Gold Coast Chicago condo, you may want to check out Walton on the Park. Prices on several of the unsold units there have recently been dropped, and around half of the 201 condos are still available for purchase.

This Gold Coast high-rise sits on 2 West Delaware. According to a Crain’s article, the original $130 million construction loan was made by the now defunct Corus Bank and ST Residential now oversees the loan. The article stated that ST has agreed to push back the payoff date as far as September 2012 to give the project more time to sell units. This Chicago real estate development was to be a two-tower project, but slow sales for the first tower derailed that plan.

New lower prices for the condos at Walton on the Park are listed below.
One bedrooms with 920 to 1,000 square feet have been cut to the $430,000s to $500,000s. Old prices were from the $490,000s to $600,000s.

Two bedroom units with 1,280 to 1,520 square feet are now listed from the $670,000s to $850,000s. They were priced from the $810,000s to $1.1 million.

Three bedroom condos with 1,920 to 2,335 square feet of living space have been dropped to $1.14 million to $1.36 million. They had been listed from $1.25 million to $1.47 million.

And there is a four bedroom condo with 3,435 square feet that is priced at $2.43 million, down from $2.74 million.

You can check out other luxury Chicago condos and compare prices with Walton on the Park.
