Now we have some rates appearing on rental sites and can give you an idea of how much you can expect to pay if you’re thinking about living at the high-rise, which is located on 910 West Huron Street.

The current incentive is $500 off the first full month’s rent on all one bedroom and one bedroom plus den condos. You can get $1,000 off the first full month’s rent on two and three bedroom condos.

February 17, 2011 - Chicago real estate developers touting a “final closeout sale” or “developer closeout” is nothing new to buyers. But at Metropolitan Tower this really is your last chance to purchase a developer units that has never been bought or lived in before.

There is just one three bedroom, 2.5 bath condo left for sale from the developer at Metropolitan Tower. This unit measures up at 2,650 square feet, according to the building site. The original price for this condo was $1.7 million but it is now up for slae at $1.25 million. One free indoor parking space is included.

If you want to get specific on size, the combination living and dining room is very roomy, measuring 35′, 10″ by 14′, 10″. The kitchen isn’t huge, but servicable at 16′, 10″ by 8′, 5″. The condo has an open floorplan.

February 8, 2011 - It wouldn’t be a holiday, even a minor one, without a new promotion from Lennar Homes. This time the Chicago real estate developer is hoping to land a few Valentine’s Day sales by offering a free washer and dryer plus up to $3,000 in closing cost assistance for qualified buyers of select units at Library Tower.

Advertisments for the18 story tower, which is located on 520 South State Street, say “We’ve sweetened the deal, now through Valentine’s Day.” But if you’re interested in cashing in on this deal, you’ll have to sign by Monday and close by February 28th.

The Chicago condos at Library Tower have from one to three bedrooms, but Lennar is sold out of the smallest floor plans. At last count, there were two or three of the two bedroom condos and a few three bedroom units for sale from the developer. The building site lists the available units as following below.

There are other South Loop Chicago condos for sale with reduced prices, so shop around a little before you make a decision.
