Optima 20% Off Sale Extended To October

September 22, 2010 - There is some good news for any buyers who missed the Monday deadline for cashing in on the 20% off promotion at Optima Old Orchard Woods in Skokie. The developer of this three tower suburban Chicago real estate project is extending the 20% sale through October 20th, but you had still better hurry because only 9 of the 20 condos in the offer are left unsold.

Those nine condos that are included in the 20% off promotion but aren’t yet under contract include one to four bedroom layouts as well as a few penthouse units and combination units which are located in Maple Tower.

The pricing is pretty much the same as it was at the start of the sale, but just to refresh you the one bedroom units are listed from $199,320. They were priced from $259,700. The two bedroom condos that were listed from $343,900 have been cut and now start at $275,120. And the three bedroom condos that were starting at $511,550 have been reduced and are priced from $409,240 right now. Buyers may be able to qualify for a low down payment since the development is FHA approved. One parking space is thrown in with each condo sale.

Unit features like a full-size washer and dryer, hardwoof floors, gas fireplace option, floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and marble baths are standard.

If Optima Old Orchard Woods still doesn’t fit what you’re looking for, there are plenty of other Suburban Chicago Condos
