Lofts At Roosevelt Almost All Leased

September 1, 2010 - The Lofts At Roosevelt continues to be one of the top Chicago real estate developments in terms of successfully converting from a market rate condo to rental project. It’s been just about a year since the conversion and renters have been snapping up the units about as fast as they are ready for move-in. In fact, according to press releases from the developer, the Chicago condo lofts are around 95% to 97% rented. That means that there are only around two dozen or so of the units left to lease.

The lofts have one to two bedrooms and come with high-end finishes like hardwood flooring, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, stone baths and carpeted bedrooms. The monthly rent rates on the remaining one bedroom condo lofts at Roosevelt begin at around $1,637. For a one bedroom with den you can expect to pay from $1,780 per month and rent on the two bedroom condo lofts starts at about $2,022. Parking is an additional $210 to $250 per month.

If you’d like to check out the lofts still left for lease the sumer open house hours are Saturday from 10am to noon and Sunday from 11am to 1pm. The leasing center is open on Mondays from 10am to 7pm and Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm.

You can also check out some other Chicago lofts that are for rent and for sale.
