$8,000 In Free Options At Lexington Park In Des Plaines
March 1, 2010 - Every once in a while we like to branch out a little and take a look at some suburban Chicago real estate projects and develoments in the surrounding Chicago area. One new development that has recently opened three models for viewing is Lexington Park in Des Plaines. Lexington Homes is the developer and according to a recent press release, they claim that their Lexington Park project is the best selling development in the Chicago area.
Lexington Park in Des Plaines consists of 120 townhomes, all built within pretty easy walking distance from both the Metra Station located on Harding and Western avenues as well as the downtown shopping area. There are three different floor plans for buyers to chose from, and those townhomes range in size from 1,605 to 1,913 square feet of living space.
The townhomes have three stories and two or three bedrooms as well as 2.5 baths and an attached two car garage. According to the press release, buyers can customize their townhome by adding more bedrooms or second baths. Pricing on the townhomes starts from $249,990 to $272,990.
The development is about 50% sold, but that still leaves plenty of townhomes available. Right now developer Lexington Homes is offering $8,000 in customized options with every townhome purchase. Deliveries are expected to start in April of this year and continue through May and June so you won’t have long to wait before you can close and move.
Remember that there are also lots of Chicago Townhomes for sale if you don’t find what you want at Lexington Park.
