February 4, 2010 - The concessions on rent for Chicago apartments just keep coming. The latest Chicago real estate development to offer leasing perks is Streeter Place, which is located at 355 East Ontario Street. This 53 story high-rise has a total of 480 apartments with every floor plan from studios and convertibles to three bedroom units. Right now if you sign a 14 month lease on certain two and three bedroom apartments you can get three month’s rent free. With a 12 month lease on any unit you will receive two month’s rent free.

The 12 month lease rates are listed below.
Studios (576-655 sq.ft.) $1,220 - $1,538
Convertible (708 sq.ft.) $1,570 - $1,741
One Bedroom (785-1,010 sq.ft.) $1,642 - $2,363
One Bedroom+Den (979-1,067 sq.ft.) $2,175 - $2,406
Two Bedrooms (1,222-1,235 sq.ft.) $2,469 - $2,892
Three Bedrooms (1,802 sq.ft.) $3,767 - $3,830

Those monthly rents already include fees for gas, water, Internet, basic cable, HBO, DVR and AC. The indoor parking fees have also been lowered to $99.

Streeter Place amenities include a fitness center, business center, spa, sauna, pool outside, sun deck and lounge with pool table, plasma TV, wireless Internet access and MP3 compatible sound system.

There are concessions on rent at many apartment towers right now, and there are also some dramatically reduced prices on Chicago condos for sale as well.
