September 23, 2009 - There is still a pretty good selection of Chicago condos left for sale at 1600 Museum Park. The 32 story high-rise has a total of 268 one to three bedroom units that sport some picturesque views of the lake, city skyline and nearby Grant Park. A profile in Chicago Magazine stated that about 94 condos are available right now at this Chicago real estate development.

According to the article, the units that are still up for sale from developer Enterprise Companies include a $311,500 one bedroom with 914 square feet of living space. A much larger three bedroom condo with 2,100 square feet is currently listed for $750,000. The profile also points out that you also get upgrades worth from $15,000 to $20,000 with these units and a free parking space is also thrown in with every condo.

Condo finishes include floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies, hardwood floors and wall-to-wall carpeting, designer vanities and marble tile in the baths, separate shower and soaker tub, gourmet kitchens and open floor plans.

The penthouse club room at 1600 Museum Park features a full service kitchen and party room. The building also has a sun deck, swimming pool, fitness center with separate men’s and women’s locker rooms.
