New Townhome Models At Patriot Commons
July 17, 2009 - For Aqua owners, tomorrow is the Aqua Celebration Event from 12PM to 4PM. There seems to be a lot of celebrating and events going on over there in Lakeshore East, and this time it’s for the Aqua condo buyers and their guests to break in the newly finished amenities like the fitness center and swimming pool. The Hargrove is a single story unit with two bedrooms and eight-sided living room that features oak hardwood flooring and a fireplace. The kitchen and dining rooms are divided by columns and there is a covered patio outside the kitchen. Both styles have red brick exteriors and start in the $500,000s.
