July 11, 2009 - If you’ve been keeping up with the construction progress of One Museum Park West, then you probably already can see that the 53 story high-rise located on 1201 South Prairie Avenue is getting close to completion. The building is due to reach its full height this fall in September with first deliveries coming shortly after the New Year in January or February 2010. You’re also probably familiar with One Museum Park, which is West’s taller twin at 62 stories.

There are a total of 298 condos in One Museum Park West, and of those there are close to 90 still available for sale. The bulk of those units (around 56 or so) still on the market are two and three bedroom layouts. The two bedroom, two bath condos run anywhere from the low $500,000s on up to over $1.2 million. These units have from 1,238 to 1,700 square feet of living space.

There are around seven three bedroom, two bath condos vary from around $1 million to $1.3 million and measure up at 1,746 square feet. The two dozen or so three bedroom, three bath condos check in at $1.6 to over $2.1 million and have around 3,000 square feet of space.

Chicago real estate developer Enterprise Companies is the driving force behind the Museum Park towers and has dubbed the location, “The most significant residential site in the City of Chicago.” These towers do come with some fantastic views.
