Price Reductions On Lexington Square Rowhomes

July 6, 2009 - If you’re in the market for a rowhome. Lexington Homes may have what you’re looking for. Right now this Chicago real estate developer is offering special pricing on their Lexington Square rowhomes in Bridgeport, with immediate delivery as well, according to a press release in the Gazette Chicago. There are three different types of homes included in the offer, with all of them priced at $399,900.

The Lexington Square development is located on 3704 South Sangamon Street and has a total of 39 rowhomes. These single-family rowhomes in the Grant style have from two to four bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 baths with about 2,216 square feet of living space. According to the article, the immediate delivery homes are 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath styles with have a fireplace with marble surround in the living room along with extra windows and standard finishes including family rooms on the lower level and front entry with ceramic tile foyer and coat closet, laundry closet, dining room, eat-in kitchen with island and extra maple cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The rowhomes also have hardwood flooring, a rooftop deck, oversized balcony and attached two car garage.

Other Grant models that aren’t immediate delivery but where buyers can pick out their own finishes include the two and four bedroom homes. The two bedroom Grant homes have double master suites with baths and roomy walk-in closets while the four bedroom homes have a master suite plus two other bedrooms on the upper floor and one master suite on the lower floor.

And if you’re willing to pay a little more than the discounted price, you can opt for one of the Buckingham styles that have from 2,507 to 2,559 square feet and are priced from the mid $400,000s and up.

Rowhomes and Chicago Townhomes are becoming more popular as prices are showing a bit of a drop.
