One of the newest pre-construction condo developments to be announced for the Chicago real estate market is the Lexington Park Condominiums. These condominiums, announced by the Chieftain Group based in Ireland, are planned for the South Loop section of Chicago. This popular neighborhood is one of the most sought-after areas of Chicago because of its close proximity to downtown and the many new businesses and residents coming to the area.

The Lexington Park Condominiums will offer 333 condominiums and lofts that will come on the market towards the end of 2008.
