The West Wind Estates, a single family residence development in Minooka, has opened up two furnished and decorated models to begin preconstruction sales. With more than 20 floor plans to chose from in the complex, five of which include ranch designs, there are options available to suit the needs of families who want or need space to grow. Every unit features three or four bedrooms, from two to 3 1/2 baths, a complete basement, a large formal dining room, a family or great room, and a down-home brick exterior. Truly a great place for a growing (or grown!) family.

Other features that might be available depending on the floorplan and standard amenities include air condition and heating (dual-zone), tray or vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom, sun rooms, dinette, den, and a living room.

Price at the current preconstruction prices range from the upper-$200,000s to the low-$400,000s, surprisingly affordable for a property of this size. Square footages range from 1,760 to 2,900 for ranch layouts and 2,400 to 3,700 for the two-story style. Lots are also available in quarter- to half-acre, mostly in cul-de-sac areas.
